Opening hoursOpen every day from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday until midnight. Booking in advance is recommended. |
AgeResidents kids under 12 years-old can access Irispa every day, exclusively from 10 AM to Noon, accompanied by an Adult. For non-resident, minimum age for accessing our Spa is 12 years-old. |
AttireTo access Irispa, use of bathing suit – bathrobe, towel, flipflops and swim cap is requested. You can bring your own items or rent them at our Irispa Reception (rent is € 18 per person for bathrobe-towel-flipflops). |
Medical conditionsIn the case of health issues, please communicate your medical conditions at the time of booking, in order to choose the most appropriate treatments. |
Arrival at the SpaPlease advise the Spa's reception that you have arrived at least 10 minutes before the booked treatment. In the case of late arrival, we are unable to extend the duration of the service. |
Consumption of food and drinksIt is advisable to drink a lot of water before and after the treatment. |
CancellationsAny cancellation request should be notified at least 24 hours before. Any later and the cost of the treatment may be charged. |
Spa ethicsIt is highly recommended to speak in hushed tones and keep mobile phones turned off. |
